We’ve all been there before. You’re on the phone with tech support, things aren’t going so smoothly, you start getting frustrated, and before you know it you’ve totally lost your shit. Sometimes though, I think we forget that the person on the other end is just like us, trying to do their job and get through the day, and they really don’t deserve it.But Chad… Chad’s a good dude just trying to right his wrongs.
