iOS 7 Insight: Where Did The Familiar Features Go?

If you just installed iOS 7 this morning, it can be a bit overwhelming at first glance. Every single thing that you know has been redesigned, and it can take a bit to get used to. The familiar iOS features are still there, just with brand new looks. We’re here to show you the changes of the main features of iOS to help you wrap your head around what’s new, and what’s still the same just under a different coat of paint. Whether it’s the home screen, lock screen, multitasking, Notification Center, Share Sheet, and even Settings, they all have new looks.

Wow that’s a great compilation of screenshots. I feel that iOS 7 is just a pretty skin. It’s an evolution rather than a complete revolution. Although they are talking about multitasking but the principal concept hasn’t changed. You can just see a screenshot of the apps instead of their app icons like in iOS 6.

I really dislike the new icons and flat layout. I love(d) my iPhone, but I am seriously considering switching now. They’re that hideous to me.

I am so angry at apple. You guys have disapointed me. People still have the older ipods, iphones, and ipads. Not everybody has the newest device. I dont understand why it doesnt come out for the older devices. I’ve been waiting ALL summer for ios 7 to update my ipod touch 4g, and i find out its not for the older devices!?! Thats wrong. For shame apple, for shame. Thanks for ruining my life apple.
